Ordered several plants from Annies Annuals. Most of the plants arrived in decent condition, except for 2, which were dead. YThe reason they were dead was because they were so small and puny, the were not big or vital enough to survive the trip. When I went to plant the other plants, I found very immature root systems. I hope they make it. I sent an email to get a refund on the dead plants. And while I did get a call back, the person did not leave their telephone number or their extension. In calling them back...again, several times, you never get an actual person...you always get the message machine. Very, Very frustrating. Won't order again from them.
