I ordered a gaming chair that was meant to arrive 15/12/2023 redeemed my codes or whatever in time and now haven't heard a thing it's basically two weeks late and I'm not getting anywhere I will never order from a place like this again, paying with my hard earned money to not receive the item or even be updated about it is very frustrating.
