Still waiting on my crickets and its been 9 days. I never got a tracking number like they advertise only 1 email after several to them saying they dont know when ill get my crickets and that they dont get tracking numbers. I mean really? Who doesnt get a tracking number when they ship something? The phone number on the site is just a fax so now i have to fight just to get my money back. Do not deal with generalexotics.com if you want your purchase to come to you alive.
