So originally I made an order then a day later decided it was surplus because I found the item for half price closer to me. So I contacted zavvi.com.au to cancel the order as they hadn't dispatched it yet, then around 5 hours later I get an email saying it had been dispatched and an hour after another email saying sorry but your order can't be canceled as it had been dispatched and is on its way. Fast forward around a month and my item is still not here and hasn't updated its tracking in over 20 days so I contacted zavvi again to see what was happening and they contacted me back saying that delivery had failed and they're issuing a replacement so I then asked if I can just get it canceled like I originally asked and they said no because it is once again in the process of being dispatched (mighty quick this time you might note as it's usually around 6 days for them to dispatch). So basically if you're buying from zavvi make sure it's the product you want and make sure you can wait a few months for it because you aren't getting a refund and you aren't getting the product in a timely manner either. If I could give negative stars I would.
