“Order hasnt been shipped”

I placed an order thinking the items would arrive in time for a gift - they hadnt been shipped 2 weeks after purchase when i needed the items. Customer service not helpful! Have asked for a refund as items not shipped in time.

Id suggest dont purchase from Hobby Warehouse
