I ordered from their website in late November, and received an empty box after two weeks. I spent 5 days trying to reach customer support before I finally got through to them. I was very upset at this point but the next day they shipped a replacement package, so I was relieved by that. Unfortunately for me, the package arrived and I immediately noticed that it was once again far to light weight to actually contain my order. I even took a video of me opening it and sure enough, another empty package. I immediately reached out to customer support for the second time, and the response was completely unintelligible. Something like: "We're sorry you received your refund." As of writing I have not received a refund or the item I payed for.
