Second order was terrible, first was great -good price, on time and good printing. Second order everything good except the job itself. Used same file with a few updating for menu, printing darker and some photos just flat out bad. Again, same basic file. Website says guaranteed and if not please will do what is needed to put me in "a happy place". But was not in a happy place they said its not for color issues... Not in a happy place for sure, I have 2,500 crap menus of food I wouldn't want to eat. Printing so bad the tech should have noticed and pulled aside. Never again.

Bought them 10 for the price of 6, got 7. Doesn't work, live in LA, there should be plaenty of others around. 5 of us tried getting them to work. Called support, they just referred me to FAQ's, which I already knew. No tech's there. Applied for refund, never heard from them. Felt like scam. No one ever contacted me about anything
