After reading the other reviews my experience aligns with why has been said. In an attempt to exchange my item I jumped through several hoops just to get a response. I was then instructed to print and completed an exchange form which required me to state the reason for my return and select the item that I would like to get in exchange. It was pretty simple (or so I thought). I was simply exchanging a brand new item that I had received 3 days prior with the same item but different size. I had to pay to return the item. No one ever confirmed that the return was received and what the next step were. I verified with Fedex that the package was received. Instead I tried tirelessly to reach someone but there was no number listed, no response to email, and finally I reached out via IG. Someone finally responded to my message only to inform me that I wouldn't be getting an exchange instead I would get a store credit in about 30 days If it's approved. Everything about this process was very unprofessional and very disappointing to say the least. I waisted my money and my time a small business who clearly doesn't appreciate my patronage. In response to my dissatisfaction I was told "I'm sorry that you feel that way" I do not see longevity in this company's future and while they may think that they are capitalizing they are really missing opportunities.
