I received a gift card to GrubHub as a condolence gift from co-workers after my parent passed. I used the card three times. The first time, they were 30 minutes early. The second time, they were over an hour early (we weren't hungry yet). The third time, they never showed. The reps were rude and lied about the location of the driver.
