Iads chasing me for £260 and threaten ccj against me if I don't pay this is from a year ago, I never agreed to rolling contract £144 per month, gave it a few months absolutely nothing from it, told them to cancel and they still try to take money good job I told the bank not to let them.
Can they just put a ccj on me or is it go to court 1st... thanks, if anyone has been taken to court by these I'd love to hear about it cheers

Tried these out but didn't agree to automatic rolling monthly payments but as I'm a new business thought id try for a few months. Few months later, nothing and no business from it as I was promised, told them I was cancelling and cancelled with the bank also that's a year ago now they ring out of the blue wanting £260 or I'll get a ccj so has anyone else gone through this... told them to do what they had to do... are there any countermeasures I should be doing
Iads do read these posts and have replied to them... so... you got nowt better to do iads thieves than check your bad publicity... Up yours haha
