“It didnt even get that far. They're CRAZY!”

I went to this website looking for an SUV for my son's birthday in October. I was waiting for them to get on the line so I googled their reviews since I never heard of them. By the time they got on the the line I had already read bad reviews and decided otherwise. I was nice enough to not just disconnect (i work call center and know how it is) so I just said never mind, i didnt like the reviews. Then they got CRAZY! Definitely made it an easy choice NOT to do business with them. Merry Christmas? ToysRUs? They are clearly scammers.

Hi Dana Amadasun of San Antonio, Texas I checked and you have not ordered any items and we had tried messaging you at the email you provided danaamadasun@gmail.com on chat, but did not hear back. We do have over 1 million happy customers and will be happy to address your concerns as we always have the best deals and service and customer service located in the USA. Instead of outsourcing it abroad as most companies now do we really do care. Sometimes it can be very busy due to high demand for the items on sale. I see you had previously asked for special promotional discounts and got angry at 2 operators. I am sorry I did check and we cannot offer lower pricing. I did take the time to also retrieve the other chats that you neglected to provide that used profanity and not nice things to say. We are still happy to help, but using profanity, false accusations, and making fun of people cannot be tolerated. That being said we are all happy to help.
