I never write negative reviews. I always try to work it out directly with the company but in this case, I feel compelled to warn others. I bought a pair of slippers from Luca and Grae for my daughter for Christmas. She worn them 4 or 5 times and they started to tear apart in the same spot on both slippers where the tag is sewn on. Luca and Grae will not honor a refund because they claim they "do not know the care in which the item was handled." Are you kidding me? She worn them around the house like a normal person wears slippers! This is clearly a manufacturing flaw and the fact that this company won't honor a refund is aggravating. I doubt I am the only customer experiencing this problem with this product. I will never buy from this company again.
