Tried to order from PetFlow.
Payment kept defaulting to auto-ship.
I gave up and ordered from another company.
Several days later, I receive email that my Pet Flow order has shipped!?
I call customer service to cancel order.
Apparently you can't return prescription food.
My only option was to "refuse the order upon delivery".
Slim to no chance that I would be home at the exact time of delivery.
Rude customer service.
Shady business practices.
Can't afford a random $100+ surprise withdrawal.
Listen to all of the reviews and find a reputable place to order from.
* I ordered from Southern Agriculture.
Fast delivery, no tricky auto-pay default at check out and amazing customer service!
