The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a costume on 10-15 and entered into a agreement with a receipt of goods in 5-7 days. After nothing arrived at 8 days I spent over 2 hours on hold, to be lied to, hung up on, laughed at, and finally told that they had updated there website to reflect orders would take 3 additional days, this website modification being after my order and our agreement and coming at the cost of my toddler's ability to wear his costume for the town parade. Legally if you receive funds with a written agreement and unilaterally alter the agreement through an outside media source to which the other party doesn't agree you have to provide a reasonable remedy or refund, otherwise your committing fraud on top of just being an unethical company that should never receive another consumer dollar.
