I initially made a purchase with NY Fashion Center Fabrics on October 17,2018. The purchase consisted of: a bolt (i. E. 30 yards) of PIMA cotton fabric (order *******). In the original "order confirmation", the company emphasizes, "Processing times may take as long as 10-14 days". So, after 14 days, I contacted the company regarding the "whereabouts" of my purchased items?
Vanessa (a NY Fashion's Customer Support agent) emails me back on November 2,2018. In the email, she explains, "Some things are running longer due to containers being held in customs". Which, was not only "unprecedented" in ALL of my previous business transactions to date; it was also inappropriate that:
The company debited my account "without" having the goods on site first!
The company avoids demonstrating "transparency" through informing the customers of potential Customs delays. Which "may" extend their initial 10-14 day waiting period!
So, on November 14,2018 (28 days after the initial purchase), I requested a REFUND! Today is November 17,2018, and NY Fashion Center Fabrics has "already" defrauded me out of my money for services NOT rendered! Now, as of 4:59 p.m. (C. S. T.) this company has NOT refunded my money that I've previously requested two-full-days-prior! I would please like for this company held accountable for their theft of my money!
