I made a booking yesterday and I wanted to call to ask about a refund since plans have changed and I would no longer be needing the hotel. The hotel check in date is the 17th of June I wanted to know how the refund would work. There is no phone number to call, I have emailed many times and no reply. How are you going to properly assist customers without a number, or writing emails back to customers with their questions. This just makes people not want to book a hotel with this website again.

I'm very sorry to hear that our service didn't live up to your expectations. Unfortunately a full refund can be made when it's over 10 days before travel due to our policy. We would never like our customers to feel disappointed and I apologise for any issues this would have caused.
