The current store manager, Stephen Champlin is clueless about customer service. I bought new tires 3 days ago. These tires rode worst than my old ones. Why? That did not balance them. I showed him pictures of a qualified mechanic's balancing machine. It was not one tire; it was all 4. One tire read 1.75, the other. 75, the other. 75, and the last one 1.25. I showed him the pictures, and said " you should not of hit a pot hole". Wow! Has anyone ever hit a pothole with all 4 tires at the same time. That is a shame. Not once did he offer to make it right, never once apologized, and that was it. What an embarrassment to the company. His name is Stephen Champlin. This a store location you should avoid.
