I'm from the UK and only realised that after I paid for my order EH could not ship directly to me. I didn't fancy paying £9 tracked postage plus at least 15 Euros using a parcel redirection service. I requested a refund, which I received roughly two weeks later, and the customer service was very good, and they replied promptly. Just a warning to UK customers - It's expensive and a hassle. I may try ordering again in the future once I can afford it.
