I don't like to write negative reviews but I feel that there is a serious misleading of the public that borders on a very dishonest business practice that would make very reluctant to deal with this company.
I started and order for some furniture that was advertised at 20 percent off but when I went in to the site they offered free shipping if you signed up with email and text. When I added the free shipping coupon the prices in the cart changed and the 20 percent discount went away and the cart was the same with the shipping charge. I find that very misleading marketing and am planning to report to the Better Business Bureau because that is not right. You either give free shipping or you don't. You should be manipulating the prices like that. Very disappointing business practice.

I purchased two velvet slipper chairs and and then read the reviews so I was concerned. However, my expectations were exceeded and my experience was very positive.
I ordered the chairs, received updates and good communication on the delivery window, and the order came a few days before it was expected. The items were very well packed to protect them from damage. The chairs were in good shape, they were made in the USA and they they are of fine quality for the price I paid. They are exactly as described and they meet my expectations. So I would say my experience is positive and I would. Buy from then again.
