At the beginning of April I purchased 23 shirts for an end of year staff event and only 21 arrived. I've contacted via the customer service link for assistance with the matter and they told me to look around outside and ask my neighbors because everything states delivered. I am still missing 2 shirts of the same exact thing. I contacted them via email over a dozen times and receive nothing. I've provided proof of a shirt that was delivered with the others that was an incorrect design and still nothing. There is no chat available or a phone number. You have to wait at least 3 days for an email response, that's even if they decide to respond. I'm out $50 at this point and 2 staff members who are disappointed they aren't going to be able to be a part of the surprise event. I am totally disgusted by this company and won't ever purchase from here again due to the hassle of returns, replacements, refunds.
