Got a couple of parts that needed replacement. Couldn't remember where I bought them from so I went to HauntedProps.com since they sold the same item. Joseph asked for the parts and item number so he could order it. After giving him detailed information to include photos, he tells me I need to go through were I bought them from. Complete waste of time. Won't be buying anything from this 3 star rated store. Terrible customer service.
