Ordered a product on 9/02. After a month I didn't receive it. After emailing several times, on 10/27, I was told to pay more for shipping as the dispatch team missed my package, or I could get a refund. I asked for a refund. I was told that I would get the refund by the end of that day on 10/27. Weeks went by with no refund and I sent several emails and did not hear back.
After not hearing from the company after multiple attempts, I contacted the Better Business Bureau to try and get my refund. They contacted the company and then I finally received my refund on 11/27.
