Buyer beware:
1. They lost my order
2. They are very slow to communicate
3. Called my bank to get my full refund

I bought a couple of items on December 10th as anniversary gifts. Below is the email communication:
Mindful Bohemian Shop email 16 Dec 2019: One item in your order has been shipped! You can check your shipment details or track your order to see the delivery status by clicking your tracking number below.

Me 31 Dec 2019: It feels like a long time for my order to arrive.
According to USPS: Label Created, not yet in system. A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon.

Them 2 Jan 2020: Our sincere apologies for the hold-up. I will escalate this to our team to check - rest assured that we will make sure you'll get your Hooded Poncho.

Me 2 Jan 2020: I also have pants in my order. Please check your records to ensure that it is in your system.

Them 6 Jan 2020: It appears that your order has been lost along the way during the holidays and our sincere apologies for this. Thus, our team has already processed and shipped out a new one for you which can be tracked here: (link) As for the pants, I'll double-check it and get back to you.

Them 6 Jan 2020: I've just checked and unfortunately, the pants wasn't processed due to some errors but fret not, we'll surely send it to you; however, the variant that you've chosen is currently unavailable in Small-Medium size and we're unsure when it will be restocked. We have other colors and new designs available for this size - I've attached the photos of it herewith. Let me know which one would you like to replace it with and we'll process it right away. Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience and delay, Dan. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Me 7 Jan 2020: Can I get a complete refund. Very unhappy with everything.

Me 7 Jan 2020: Are you guys getting my emails? Very slow response time. Very poor customer service for an already poor delivery service. I am going to start complaining to the internet about your company if don't quickly respond to my refund request.

I reached out multiple times today (9 Jan 2020). I checked my status on their website and captured the photo attachment. In summary it was about their return policy. It said to contact them with "*******@mindfubohemianshop.com", but I got an email delivery error, because they spelled their email wrong. I contacted my bank to dispute this order.
