I ordered my Mum a necklace for her birthday very last minute but luckily Wowcher had it sent to me the week after. Very pleased with the necklace and will definitely be using Wowcher again!

I ordered my boyfriend a photo book from Vistaprint on the 22nd of November when it was due for the 8th of December. Unfortunately by the 10th of December the product was still 'In progress' so I contacted Vistaprint via email and they said they had re-ordered my product. It got to the 16th and no re-order had been set so I rang Vistaprint who were then to say they'd re-order it AGAIN and it'll be here on the 4th of January. I wanted this for Christmas. Very disappointed and will not be using Vistaprint again, an unreliable website for gifts.
