“Horrible product and customer service”

Ordered a highly reviewed product, and after one (1) day it failed! Sent numerous Emails with no response. Followed that up with two (2) phone calls (and of course no answer) left voice mails...
With, you guessed it, no response. DO NOT deal with these frauds. They are quick to take your money, but not so fast to back their products.
I only gave 1 star because there was not a ZERO to give!
