Hi Dan,
I am sorry you are frustrated with your current experience. We are committed to providing great customer service and we would like to make things right.
I believe you placed an order for something that says ‘Despatched In 1 - 2 Days’, this means it is not in our current warehouse and needs to be ordered in. Unfortunately we are stuck in the middle at the moment, and as you may or may not be aware deliveries are a little bit slow at the moment and we are doing our best to get all our customers orders out promptly.
I believe you spoke with Andrew today 30/08/22 whom told you it would be arriving in the next day. We will express this out to you as soon as it arrives.
