I placed an online order on Thursday. On Friday, my order status showed "Manual Verification Hold". I called to explain the difference between billing & shipping addresses and was told warehouse would be notified to ship. On the following Tuesday, status had not changed. I called again to explain the two addresses and was told product would be shipped that day. On Wednesday, the status changed to "Awaiting Fulfillment". I called, verified that item had not shipped, cancelled the order and was given a ticket number for reference. I then purchased the product from another vendor. On Thursday, status changed to "Shipped". I called to explain order was cancelled yesterday and to stop shipment. I was told, "Sorry, there is nothing we can do." I then called my bank to dispute the charge. The shipments arrived 6 days later and were both refused... Marinescreens.com had shipped duplicate orders. Six days later, both packages arrived back at the warehouse. I called and was told my purchase would be refunded in 24 to 48 hours. Six days later - no refund - so I called again. I was told the same 24 to 48 hours for a refund and the billing department would return my call in 24 hours. I never heard from them. Finally, 15 days after the order arrived back at the warehouse, my purchase was refunded. Don't be misled by the 5 star ratings elsewhere, their review site would not accept my 1 star review (multiple attempts).
