Disregarding negative reviews and other red flags I bought a product that was advertised as a genuine apple product. Aditionally it had a 1 year warranty. The product is a counterfeit and the product malfunctioned and no longer functions. I made a claim on the warrranty and the company responded promply informing me that I needed to send my deffective item back and pay $15 shipping for the replacement. On 1/20/16 I told them that I was unsatisfied with this as the item was not as advertised and the $15 shipping charge was unreasonable noting the original shipping charge was less than $5. On 1/22/16 they had not yet replied so I emailed and said I was dissapointed that I did not even get a response to my request. On 1/25/16 they apologized and informed we to wait 24-48 more hours. On 1/31 I was tricked into closing my help ticket. I was asked to complete a survey. Upon clicking that I was unsaitisfied it informed me that the survey would conclude and my service ticket was closed. I opened a new ticket that same day and they informed me that my request was still processing. I had not heard back from them so on 2/3 I reached out again requesting they either accept or decline my request to change the terms of the refund. It is 2/6 and I still have not received a response.
