You can get better plans from companies like Visible, that offer you 5g for 45 dollars a month as opposed to 4g at 55 a month. I was going to get a family member to join them as I have been a customer for about 8 years and didn't think to look elsewhere. They placed and order then only after paying for my "free" sim card, charged me 29 dollars in shipping. When it arrived, I refused and UPS took it back. The customer support hung up on me when I demanded a refund. You are a trash company.
Tip for consumers:
I'm a cop, and not having the option to review an order before placing it here in NC is a thing called obtaining property by false pretense.
