Purchased a Datalogic scanner from Barcode Giant. On attempting to charge the device it started sounding an error alarm. I reached out to the company and they said that was nothing they'd experienced before and that I'd have to contact the manufacturer. Upon contacting Datalogic, I was advised that the scanner was DOA and the best course of action was to return it to Barcode Giant. Reaching back out to the company, I was told I'd have to pay for another one before an RMA would be issued. With some back and forth, it was agreed that an RMA would be issued and a shipping label emailed, and that the 15% restocking fee would not apply. After waiting 24 hours for the shipping label, I contacted the company again and was informed that it would take up to 5 business days for the RMA to be approved. I can't remember a worse return experience.
