Bought a hat from this company, the hat never arrived, they said it was lost in transit.
This took a month messaging back and forward and no help at all.
They finally refunded the amount, minus $32
For their stuff up, shocking customer service.
It's a lesson well learnt!

HI Dave, I don't have an order number to look into this for you but if the shipment was never delivered and lost in transit and instead of a reship you wanted a refund they should have refunded you in full so I'm not sure why it was minus $32.
