I ordered parts more than a week ago and they're not here. In fact I called to add a couple parts an hour or so after hitting the button and they said it already shipped. We like your site and availability, but I'm not sure if we can afford this turnaround time. All of our other suppliers are 2-3 days

Please be advised, we can not control how long it takes for the carrier to deliver the packages. However, with standard shipping, it may take up to 10 business days.
