Sorry, its a long one but so was the back and forth trying to make this junk work. Bought a set of headlights for my 2016 F150. Right off the bat the low beams worked intermittently. With and without the antiflicker resistor. The customer service 1 800 number doesn't get you anywhere. Its all chat messaging. Without any questions they sent me a new set of low beams, didn't want the old ones back. Goes to show you how valuable these headlights really are.
So skip to the end I got all 4 bulbs replaced. High beams never worked at all with the anti flicker resistor they said i needed to have (extra cost) The connections are loose and sloppy so everything go zip tied tight and taped and the low beams still work intermittently. They don't flicker they simply go out then a while later come back on again. I've double and triple checked all connections. The issue doesn't lie there. I've had a licensed mechanic look at them and his advice was next time buy quality. This still cost me $570 and I've emailed Xenon pro and have yet to receive a reply. That was 6 weeks ago.
My advice. Spend the extra money and buy quality. How this company has received a rating as high as they have baffles me.
The packaging isn't even the same on the replacement low beams they sent me. Seems unprofessional
