I ordered a part for my Samsung dishwasher on Thursday evening. According to their policy, it should have shipped on Friday and arrived on Monday. I paid extra for expedited shipping. The shipping label was indeed printed on Friday morning. My item didn't ship until Monday. Not having a working dishwasher is frustrating. When you have seven kids and are hand washing dishes for five days, it is very frustrating.
