Super nice people…utter incompetence. Really quite breathtaking how each & every step of my fireplace was mishandled.
Tip for consumers:
I have never written a review before…but this company should be given an award for being at such an extreme level of ineptitude. Never a return phone call, email or communication that the purchase was really not going to happen.

Fireplace log set & gas burner (most of the order never arrived)
