I am less than satisfied with their accounting. They are not paying me on time as they indicated they would. As a service provider, and a well-known one in my area, I will never work for them again. I made calls to them that were not returned and it seems that, at times when I did call, I was disconnected. I believe they have caller ID, so I would guess, though am not sure, that they must have known I was calling to get paid and preferred to hang up on me. But it could have been bad connections. I get a sense that this is a company I would not do business with. Do not use a middle man company who may mark up the work I do for you! Call a service company and deal with the owner. You may get a better deal. Frankly, I will henceforth not do business with companies out of New York or South Florida. There is still one outstanding bill to paid; and they do not seem to be as excited to pay you as they are for you to rush out to their job!

I have worked for these people for a number of years and I cannot remember ever getting paid on time. This company is a one-stop company for your facility maintenance, including locksmith work. Another locksmith I know will not work for this company. I wouldn't be surprised if most locksmiths refused this kind of work. If you own business, it is best to work directly with a service provider, not a middle man. On the last job I completed, I had to go out, check the broken lock, call Bass, have them send a new lock. This takes too much time. I ended up getting paid more than the job should have been. IT IS FOOLISH TO USE SUCH A COMPANY!

Paid $599 for google map advertising. No results. No returned emails, no calls in last few days. My credit card company is refunding me. So, this is looking very fishy. All of us ARE FOOLS to buy over the phone. I guess we deserve it!
