Booked a three day stay at the Wyndham Ocean Blvd. Property through Travelocity. I was very specific in my needs. Two bedroom condo OCEAN FRONT. When we arrived Wyndham had a room for us in Tower Four across the street from the beach. Not only was it not ocean front, it was across the freaking street from the beach.
The desk clerk explained that she has been working there for six months and this is apparently how Travelocity and Wyndham work. Both are dishonest. Travelocity charged me $151 for cancelling the booking even though I paid the higher rate so I could cancel if needed.
I will never stay at another Wyndham property and I will never book anything through Travelocity.
