After ordering my first book, I came across this site and got nervous. Happy to report that my book arrived within a few days and was exactly what I ordered. Contrast that with the rental I got from Amazon, wrong edition and much worse condition, the one I got from CBR was correct and in decent condition, although it's clear it is a well used book. I don't know if they have improved their process since some of these other reviews, but I felt they could stand more of a balance in their reviews here. So far my experience is positive.
