Recently ordered from them before they switched to shipping from the states. The order arrived when they said it would, but the board inside was cracked. Emailed them, and they asked for a few photos. Within a few days - I had a replacement shell! I didn't have to send it off for repairs, I was able to do it all on my own.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you check your email! They don't have a phone support system, but proved very responsive to my messages.
