Be careful using this company. I placed an order on their website. After I entered my credit card and placed my order, their website said my credit card was declined. I called the company to ask why I was declined but I could not reach anyone until the next day. The next day the representative suggested that I try again and use PayPal, which I did.
My supposed "declined" transaction of the initial order was not really declined. The company got my money, charged my initial credit card, but did not send out the product to me.
My second order that I placed the next day through PayPal went through and I was double billed and mailed one plastic equipment set to take dental impressions
Instead of accepting my impressions as the company says it will on its website, I was later told to take photos of the impressions and send the photos to the company. I did that but was told the impression was not good and to do it again. I did it again but was again told it was not good.
The company website says the company is a "full service dental laboratory."
I do not know of any full service dental lab that requires a patient to take their own impressions and send the photos ro the lab for pre-approval.
I later talked with the owner and he said he would refund my money including the amount he charged for the plastic molds and mailing.
He refunded only the full amount of the first double billing and kept a portion of the second billing that I paid through PayPal. Like I said, be careful using this company.
