I am updating my previous review of this company from 1 to 3 star because I finally received a replacement for a wrong sized outfit that was not indicated on the site. It took 3 months of calling and emails to finally get the item replaced, but they did replace the item. Item choice is good, but customer service is very poor. The trick is to keep calling. When their phones are in use, it goes to a voice mail that is always full. If you keep calling, you will eventually get someone in between other customer calls.
