EN: This is a scam company with many bad reviews online about how they steal money and give people the wrong appartments.

They have been banned by AirBnB, but have set up new accounts. Naturally, with AirBnB being a terrible company too, they don't care.

I booked an 06ev.com appartment in Ankara. They prepared me that I was going to the wrong appartment by telling me it had been renoveated. They took me to the wrong one. When I told them they threatned me with violence. I left and lost all my money.

I booked an apartment for about $1,400. I was given a different, dirty apartment. I took photos of it and left. AirBnB found in the hosts favour based on fabricated evidence he provided. I lost everything and they ignored me contacting them several times. They never did give a response to my documentation counter to the host's claims.

AirBnB have notoriously awful support. If you have been scammed on their platform they will leave you high and dry. You can get your money back if you want to keep phoning them up for a month. They will finally cave in. Most of their staff don't know what they are doing, have no authority and will leave you going round and round in circles.

What's worse I found the host had previously been banned from AirBnB. I told them and they ignored it. Their new account had one review. I have spent $20,000 with them and have over 35 review.

Will never use them again and will tell everyone I encounter for the rest of my life not to use them.

I advise you not stay with these criminals.

I booked an appartment with them via AirBnB. They deliberately sent me to a much worse apartment. This was initially sold to me as cosmetic changes to the interior. I complained to AirBnB and 312ev lied, telling them this was just a temporary apartment while mine was cleaned. 312ev.com then fabricated fake messages between ourselves, in an attempt to keep my money.

Do not trust this company. You would not be able to safely leave your belonging in their properties, which are apparently all filthy.

AirBnB ile tanıştım ve 312ev yalan söyledi, onlara mayın temizlenirken bunun sadece geçici bir daire olduğunu söyledim. 312ev.com daha sonra paramı tutmak için aramızdaki sahte mesajları üretti.

Only buy from Mapanet.eu if you want to loose your money for a worthless product.

Mapanet's data is full of errors. No country is free from often horrendous problems that render the data useless for postcode lookups. To varying degrees you will find missing towns, missing post codes, post codes mis-assigned, made up or inaccurate administrative divisions. In the case of Croatia almost half of the municipalities were made up; and this data that's been sold as is for over a decade. The propreitor, a Mr Carlos Blaco, has obvisouly done little to check his data's integrity. Some of the data is over a decade out of date.

Mr Blanco's site is also very clunky and I wasn't sent my download link after purchase. I didn't receive it for three days and he didn't bother to tell me he'd fixed the link in my control panel.

When I asked for a refund Mr Blanco acknowledged the serious flaws in his data and said he'd fix them. I had no trust in him given that he's been selling such bad data for over a decade, but I never heard from him again.

Mr Blanco see no problem in lying on his website, calming that his data is both reliable and includes all localities and post codes in each country and then disappearing with your money once you find out it's neither reliable or complete.

Any money you spend with this scamming company will be money lost.

I lost $1,800 on a purchase that turned out to be junk and useless. Will never use again. The company leaves you no options to get your money back if they don't offer you a refund, you will be left with their phone support who just read irrelevant answers from a script.
