Shipping takes forever - when the order arrived... they sent the wrong size! After several failed attempts to resolve via "chat", I spent 45 minutes on hold, finally spoke to a live person who advised they would open a "case" to investigate. The "case" involves me photographing their mistake, emailing them the pics and waiting for a review. Then I get to pay for shipping and wait up to 45 days for a refund. Who has time for this!?
