I purchased a Timbuk2 bag.
After making my purchase, the site indicated that a confirmation email would be sent to me. But that email didn't arrive in my Gmail inbox for another day. So I worried a little, especially in view of some of the negative reviews I had read.
However, I then received another email about a day later indicating that my order was processed and being shipped. This gave me some reassurance.
And lo and behold, the item arrived, new, as described. I was actually surprised, given that the item is no longer available on the manufacturer's website.
I emailed Zozo customer support to share my experience they responded within 1 business day. I appreciated that.
So except for the rough start, I would recommend this site. All went well in the end.
