I ordered a shirt for my dog through Zazzle. I ordered a medium size, and received a 3XL. They claim it was my fault even though the size I ordered never appeared on my invoice, so I really have no way of proving either way. They processed a replacement, and today I received a size SMALL. Again, no indication on the invoice what size I ordered. Of course their customer service department is closed today, and when I called for the replacement, I waited over 30 minutes to speak with a representative. The event I ordered the shirt for is this week so I can't order a third time because it won't be here in time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE
