Booked four flights on Qatar in their world famous best ever Business Class Q suites. Ended up being moved on to British Airways for one sector // yuck/ and ended up travelling Q suites only once out of the four bookings. Will never be booking on Qatar ever again. YES...the Q suites is lovely.but one sector we were put on a plane so old it did not even have flat bed seats! So be very careful that you know what you likely to actually get. One other passenger wrote a review on Qatar.he booked eight sectors in Q suites and actually only travelled once. It might appear that they are advertising some thing that they just don't have the capacity to deliver... Anyways i will never find out...as they have joined the list of companies not to spend my very hard earnt money on..

Tip for consumers:
I will not be using Qatar for flights again....really distressing to pay loads of money and not get what I paid for ...and their Customer services was dismissive at best !! exceedingly rude at worst

I bought three pairs of glasses. Including a pair of photochromatic glasses. I found out when the sun eventually came out that these were faulty and reported it / then got told the warranty was 15 days! Contacted customer services numerous times and reported on Trustpilot and they told me they are sticking by their warranty terms and conditions. I would strongly recommend you look at other companies with a longer warranty period as I could not possibly recommend this company to anyone. Been a very frustrating and irritating process which I have really not enjoyed.

Tip for consumers:
very slow delivery / over a month / and a 15 day warranty period . suggest you find an alternative company . this has not been a good experience for me
