I received the wrong filter from All Filters. I don't know whether this is my mistake or theirs. I tried telephoning All Filters-- just so that I could get their help in identifying which filter I needed and which I ordered-- but in the case of All Filters, this is easier said than done. I intended return the incorrect filter and order the correct one (irrespective of whose error this is). After four attempts on the telephone, it became clear to me that All Filters did not want to provide any "customer service" at all. So, I'll do what I need to do to return the incorrect filter for my refund, but I'll order my next filter from another company...
