I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas on December 10th. I paid the $7.99 shipping fee and I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. After sending out 3 requests for a tracking number I finally received a response on December 26. Jessica from "Customer Service" said that my package had been shipped and would arrive by December 28. When I checked the tracking number I saw that my order wasn't processed until December 23. The package didn't arrive until January 2. I contacted them twice now about refunding the shipping charge and didn't get any response. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission because they didn't notify me of any delay and my bank is disputing the shipping charge. Save yourself hassle and find a different company to use. It will make your life easier.

I ordered a sweatshirt as a birthday gift. They had 2 versions, I ordered the $20 more version for better graphics and higher quality material. I had to contact them to get any shipping info. Received the wrong (cheaper) version. Their only option was for me to pay to return it, and get a refund at their subjective discretion. They made no effort to own up to their mistake and kept the $20 difference. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be doing yourself a favor and your wallet. Shame on you and your lack of customer service.

Rarely does a fairly young company revolutionize an established industry, lensabl has. After researching and comparing companies Warby Parker, replacementlensexpress, and eyeglasses.com, along with my local optician, it was a personal email from the CEO that put my faith with lensabl. The lenses were 50% cheaper than the optician, and comparable to the online companies. However lensabl works directly with Essilor (owner of Transitions and Shamir). The process was seamless, timely, and completely transparent. I received an email during each step and the turnaround time was truly amazing. When I received my new glasses I was overwhelmed with the quality and everything I asked for was perfect the first time. I don't believe in giving reviews for mediocre service and save my time only to warn others of a bad experience. I find myself in unfamiliar territory writing a review for an experience that was beyond what I believed possible. Don't waste your time researching other companies, I've already done it. It is with great pride that I say lensabl is the only company to use and they will always get my business.
