Purchased there echo pull up package bands, which showed a picture of all the bands at a cost of $80 + $13.91 for shipping & taxes. Same picture showed up on the final receipt! Once I realized that it was not what they advertised I called and asked to return the item do to the misleading add, and exchange it for another item. They refused to void the return item shipping cost even though I informed them that I would be willing to pay for the shipping fees for the new item. NEVER had this issue with Amazon, Walmart, etc...
Purchasing an $80 product from ANY other vendor would have cost me $0 in shipping or return fees! STAY AWAY FROM THIS NICKLE AND DIME SHOP!

Tip for consumers:
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I always shop from the big vendors (Amazon, Walmart, etc...) because it's never a hassle to return an item and you get a full refund. Took a chance and lesson learned!!!
