Bought an air con unit for an old people's home. They were complaining it was making a racket. I returned it 2 weeks later and was refused a refund. They sent it off for repair and came back as non faulty over 2 MONTHS LATER! Summers over, I've had to buy another unit to replace it and STILL they refuse a refund or credit. Staff were very abrupt and rude. Spoke to customer services and they were the same. Absolutely shocked at incredibly poor customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
